Q1: Do you offer sourcing services?
A: Yes, we have professional purchasing teams in five cities in China: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hengyang, Changsha, and Obligation. We have a wide selection of suppliers to choose from.
Q2: How much is your fee? Do we need to pay a storage fee?
A: Our pricing includes the total cost of the project, which includes the project cost, freight, and service charge. There are no additional fees, and we do not charge for storage.
Q3: Do you provide bulk drop shipping service through CSV file (Excel file)? Our current order volume is too large to place orders one by one.
A: Yes, some of our customers use Google Sheets. Additionally, we can also use API to connect your store (Shopify or WooCommerce), making the process much easier for you.
Q4: Can you invoice the whole batch of direct shipment orders through Alipay?
A: Yes, we accept wire transfer, Alipay, trade guarantee orders, and PayPal. Our customer service team can assist you with any communication needs.
Q5: Is there a minimum order quantity for any products you offer?
A: We do not have a minimum order quantity since we offer direct delivery.
Q6: If I have goods from other suppliers, can I use your direct delivery service?
A: Yes, we can provide free stock and direct shipment for your goods from other suppliers.
Q7: Can we customize the packaging, labels, or signs?
A: Yes, we can create packaging, labels, and trademarks that reflect your brand.
Q8: What products can you deliver for me?
A: We can source and deliver any products our customers want from China.
Q9: What is the processing time for my order?
A: If we don't have stock in our warehouse, it will take us at least 3 days to find the source. After that, we can send the products from our warehouse to your customers. If we have stock in our warehouse, we can send out products on the same day.
